To serve as a club officer, you must meet the following requirements:
-GPA 2.5 or higher (Cumulative AND most recent semester)
-Good Academic Standing and no Financial Holds on your account
-Registered as Full-Time student for Fall/Winter
The public profile includes information for students interested in joining your club to see. You should include a description of the club, meeting times and places, and valid contact information. This profile needs to be updated at least once a year
This is a checklist-like description of what is expected of the Club Advisor. They read over it, electronically initial it and submit, acknowledging that they know what is required of them as advisors. This needs to be done once yearly.
Presidents Training needs to be completed once a year. To complete this, go through the President's certification on this app and fill-out the survey at the end.
Training helps you as the president understand policy and procedure, as well as the resources available to you as an official BYU organization.
AGENCY ACCOUNT FORM
The Agency Account form is no longer required.
The Club charter is the equivalent to a club handbook. It should include an overview of the clubs purpose and mission, the club's election and officership procedures, as well as other important or unique details pertaining to the club. This will need to be updated once a year.
